One of the most special parts of our retreat was the space we created for stillness 💫
On Saturday morning, we shared a couple of hours in silence… no talking, no distractions — just time to be. It may sound simple, but in a world that is constantly noisy and busy, this kind of quiet is incredibly powerful.
We combined this with gentle breathwork sessions, Qi Gong on the beach, a beautiful sunrise meditation (even though it was cloudy), and three nourishing yoga practices — allowing the body and mind to truly slow down and reset 🌿
Silence gives the brain a chance to rest and recalibrate. It reduces mental overload, supports clarity, and helps regulate the nervous system. Many people notice that after even a short period of quiet, they feel calmer, clearer, and more connected — both to themselves and the world around them.
It was such a grounding and restorative experience… and a reminder that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply pause.

Our 2026 Unwind & Shine Retreat is just around the corner — and we are officially SOLD OUT 💛
We can’t wait to welcome our beautiful retreaters for what’s shaping up to be a truly special few days of connection, movement, relaxation and fun 🧘‍♀️✨
The weather is looking amazing with warm days around 24 degrees and those cooler evenings perfect for cosy catch-ups around the firepit 🔥 There’s a slight chance of showers, so fingers crossed it holds off — but a brolly or waterproof jacket might be a good idea just in case ☔

Hot & sweaty after a 30 minute online interval training session. If you want to stay fit, lose or keep the weight off, don’t like jumping or running, can’t find the time to get to the gym, want to save on petrol & prefer the comfort of you own home join us online @6.30 am.
Monday’s are interval training. Tuesday’s & Thursday’s are yoga.
3xclasses per week for $50 per month. That’s around $4.17 per class……Cheaper than a cup of coffee & no lock in payments.
