The human brain & body is fuelled by glucose. Glucose is the essential metabolic fuel for the brain. Our brain is the most energy demanding organ. It requires half of all the sugar energy in our body to function properly (It uses blood sugar for energy - fuel.)
Sugar is the fuel for every one of our hundred trillion cells. Every cell in our body, from our brain to the tips of our toes uses sugar to function.
It is important to understand the distinction between ‘Simple Fruit Sugar Versus Refined Processed Sugars.’
• Fructose - Simple sugar found in fruits on which we thrive.
• Sugars & starches - Grains are less ideal.

These forms of sugars are found in lollies, biscuits, cakes, desserts, ice cream, yogurt, juices, soft drinks, sports drinks, alcohol, snack foods, breads, crackers, breakfast cereals, flavoured chips, condiments, tinned foods & even so called health foods (It is found in everything except for whole fruit & vegetables.)

Yes fruit is sweet, but make no mistake; it is not equal to refined processed sugars & sweeteners. Fruit is catalyst in fuelling our brain & body with high frequency energy & electrolytes.
