Join us for a deeply restorative breathwork and cacao ceremony inspired by the calm beneath the ocean’s surface. When life feels fast and turbulent, it’s easy to live only at the surface. Yet beneath the waves there is stillness, spaciousness and quiet. This guided session uses slow, conscious breathing to help regulate the nervous system, ease anxiety and release accumulated stress. Supported by ceremonial cacao, you’ll be guided inward to soften tension, settle the mind and reconnect with yourself. You’ll resurface feeling calm and deeply restored. No experience needed; Just a willingness to pause and breathe.

We’re proud to share some exciting news about the ONERO® program, a specialised exercise approach designed to improve bone health and reduce fracture risk. ONERO® has now been officially included in the Clinical Standards for the Prevention of Osteoporotic Fractures in Australia, a significant recognition of its safety & effectiveness.

These national standards were developed by a group of experts including doctors, scientists and patients. The final version received endorsement from 25 professional organisations. This level of collaboration highlights strong professional confidence in ONERO® as an evidence-based therapy.
