We’re proud to share some exciting news about the ONERO® program, a specialised exercise approach designed to improve bone health and reduce fracture risk. ONERO® has now been officially included in the Clinical Standards for the Prevention of Osteoporotic Fractures in Australia, a significant recognition of its safety & effectiveness.

📣 Meet our newest team member, Anjali 😊
Many of you may have already met Anjali last year when she was completing her 140 placement hours at our studio for her Exercise Science degree.
Over this time we got to observe her genuine care for people, growing knowledge, her bubbly personality and positive, can-do attitude. So rather than say goodbye at the end of her placement, we were pleased to be able to offer Anjali an on-going role at the studio.
With her extensive background in dance, sport and Pilates, Anjali will be a valuable member of our amazing team who are all dedicated to helping you on your fitness journey👏
