This weekend I was lucky enough to attend the Annual Osteopathic Summer School in Canberra. It was an amazing weekend where I learnt from some of the best Osteopaths in Australia and abroad. We covered techniques which reduce pain and discomfort by working with the body’s fascia, ligaments and organs, amongst other tissues. Fascinating stuff. I was also very honoured to receive the ‘Maxwell Fravel Scholarship’ this year. Maxwell is a legend in the Osteopathic world, so it was great to also learn from him. I'm already looking forward to next year. ☺️

Hello everybody, I hope you are all well. It has been a while since I have posted. The reason is because I have been busy studying to become an Osteopath for the last five years. I am happy to say that I have finished and am now practicing. I have decided to rebrand this page as a place I can share all things osteo and healing related.
