Community Announcement from Macleod Tennis Club!

We are very proud and humbled to announce that it was confirmed over the Christmas break that Wright Tennis will continue as coaching provider at Macleod Tennis Club.

This continues a long relationship between Head Coach Andrew Wright and the Macleod TC. Andrew had his first lesson back at Macleod in 1988 (gulp!) and has been the Head Coach at the club since 2007.

Over the duration of the previous contract, Wright Tennis has grown significantly, with an 118% increase in coaching numbers, with particular growth being in adult participation with the adult group and Cardio Tennis being hits with players.

There has been a strong growth in junior numbers as well, with advanced squads with the experienced Wright Tennis coaches being a strong focus.

Macleod Tennis Club is one of, if not the busiest clubs in the area and we will continue to provide a strong coaching program which can help the club facilitate changes in its facilities and potential growth areas.

The team at Wright Tennis can’t wait to get the ball rolling for 2026. Keep a look out for our programs and offers for 2026 in the coming days!
