This week is Migraine Awareness Week 🧠

1 in 7 people live with migraine - and it isn’t “just a headache.” Many factors can contribute to migraine and headache episodes, and massage can be a useful tool in managing them, including helping to reduce their frequency.

While it’s common to hear people say they have “migraines,” the correct term is simply migraine. Migraine is a neurological disorder that can cause headaches along with a range of other symptoms that can impact daily life.

We see many clients at the clinic who experience migraine. If you visit during an attack, we understand you may not feel your best and we’re happy to turn the lights down and make you as comfortable as possible.
