I am trialing a new way of updating my availability to better manage appointments so please be patient with me as I iron out any kinks in the system 🥰

Please note that our calendar booking system has been revised.

Appointments will now be released and updated once a month, with availability shown for the upcoming four weeks only. This change allows us to manage availability more efficiently and ensure a better booking experience for all clients.

The next appointment release will be on Saturday 7th February.

Feeling pretty chuffed today

First sourdough loaf 🍞… great success!

Just in time to bake up a storm for Christmas 🎄 😁

It’s funny how after just one successful loaf, I now feel ready to conquer the sourdough world 😂😂 … I can totally make sourdough Pizza bases, cinnamon sourdough scrolls and chocolate sourdough croissant snowflake bread right?!? 😂😂

Wish me luck!!

As the year starts to draw to a close … it’s a beautiful time to refocus your energy and have a closer look at where you find your happy place.

Over the years we often get busier and forget the things that make us happy… or maybe we didn’t ever give ourselves the time to discover what that was.

Each year I like to take some time to try something new and this year it’s Sourdough (and Kombucha and crochet 🧶 😂😂 I’ve gone overboard this time round - but more on those later)

Meet Ollie 🥰

A beautiful BM resident answered my call in the local FB page to help me out when my starter didn’t arrive in time to start Sourdough-ing for Christmas 🎄… (A big Thank you for their kindness helping out a stranger) 🥰

Day 1 was a great success my happy boy was growing and bubbling … I still don’t quite know what I’m doing 😂 but I’m having fun and something that looked like a loaf just went into the oven this morning … so wish my luck 🤞
