Keratosis pilaris is a common skin condition that causes patches of small, rough, red bumps on the skin. It is caused by a build up of keratin, blocking hair follicles or pores in the skin which forms bumps.

Do you or someone you know have keratosis pilaris? We recommend the below tips:
- Wash using a gentle soap and warm water
- Pat or blot the skin dry and apply a moisturising cream
- Avoid using any harsh chemicals
- Avoid friction from tight clothing

Being active is important to help children grow healthy and set great habits for life.

It is recommended children do at least 60 minutes of physical activity daily. This can be anything from playing sports, riding their bikes or swinging on the monkey bars. It also doesn’t need to be a consecutive 60 minutes; they can be active in shorter spurts throughout the day.

Don’t forget to recharge overnight and ensure your kids are receiving up to 10 hours of good quality sleep each night.

Are you still working from home and are you still experiencing aches and pains? Sounds like you haven’t created an ergonomic work station.

Here’s some of our top tips to stay comfortable throughout the day.

- Use an office chair that can be adjusted to suit you. If you don’t have an office chair at home, we suggest popping a cushion under your bottom to make you more comfortable.
- Work at an appropriate height. Ensure the top of the screen is eye level or slightly below.
- Place the monitor at least an arms length away.
- Take regular breaks from your work station. Stay hydrated, enjoy your lunch break and move your body!
