It's extremely important to heal past and present trauma! If you don't your continuously in a vicious circle that plays on repeat day in day out and life after life.

It's okay not to be okay, use it to learn how to heal and how to mend what needs to be mended.

Well we have a house finally, when I did my full moon ceremony one of the things I manifested was to get a house by they 15th of March and to be fully moved in by the 20th.
It works people.. it works!!

Tonight I'm going to be doing some manifesting and some releasing!!
I'll be writing down on some paper what I wish to manifest in my life and on another peice of paper I will be writing down what I wish to release.. things that don't serve me anymore then burning it.
