As I sit down to write this, I am truly overwhelmed with gratitude. This Christmas, my heart is so full—and I have each of you to thank.
When I opened the doors to my own space one year ago, I dreamed of building something special. What I didn’t fully anticipate was the incredible community that would grow within these walls. Your trust, your support, and the kindness you’ve shown me have been the greatest gifts of this first chapter. You’ve made my dream of a beautiful, quiet space real and you have all loved the Silence.
Thank you for believing in me—not just with your bookings, but with your encouragement, your referrals, and the heartfelt reviews that mean the world to a small business. I cherish every appointment, every rebook, and the genuine connections we’ve built together. We’ve shared laughter, quiet moments, and yes, even a few tears. It has been an honour to be part of your path toward wellness and peace.
I am also deeply grateful for the amazing team beside me. To Deb, Hayley, and Katrina—thank you. Your talent, dedication, and warmth are what help make The Silent Therapist such a special space. I appreciate each of you more than words can say.
The coming year holds some beautiful new beginnings I’m thrilled to share. My daughter, Mackenzie, will be joining us in the new year! Through Move with Mackenzie, she’ll be offering early morning and evening Mat Pilates classes. As her mum, I couldn’t be prouder—and as a client myself, I know I’ll be booking in!
And there’s more… I’ve been working on a few special surprises launching early next year—something different that I know many of you will love. I’m just finalizing the last details, so stay tuned. I can’t wait to share it with you.
As we head into the holidays, I wish you a season wrapped in warmth, surrounded by those you love, and filled with the quiet joy that comes from true rest. Here’s to saying a heartfelt yes to the things that light you up, and a gentle no to what doesn’t serve your peace. I know I’ll be continuing that mantra into next year too.
Thank you for making my first year in my own space so meaningful. I am excited and grateful to continue this journey with you in 2026.
From my family to yours I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a New Year filled with lots of love, laughter and all things that bring you joy.
Lots of love, Jill
The Silent Therapist.
