Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for respecting both my time and the commitment you are making to your personal growth and healing.

To ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain the smooth running of the practice, the following cancellation policy applies:

Appointments & Cancellations
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no charge.

Late Cancellations
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% session fee.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
• Failure to attend your appointment without notice will incur the full session fee (100%).

Arrival Time
• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. The full session fee will apply.

Emergency Situations
I understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please reach out as soon as possible if this happens — discretion may be applied on a case-by-case basis.

Prepaid Sessions / Packages
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your package.
• Refunds are not provided for unused prepaid sessions.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
