To each and every women who bought a ticket, taking up this opportunity for a 'self care and self love day', for believing or trusting in my idea of bring a one day retreat to our beautiful region of central Gippsland and Maffra - THANK YOU!

For all the wonderful conversations we had, the smiles, the calm the emotions - all of it. It still gives me the shivers. The cup is full - if not overflowing even though I am so exhausted (or just relaxed?).

All your hugs at the end of the day made it extra special for me personally. 💛

A VERY SPECIAL mention and appreciation is going the wonderful, super supportive, 'let's do this girlfriend' and amazing practitioner with biggest heart JESS. When I reached out to her initially, I really only wanted someone to bounce back ideas since I am not a practitioner in the wellbeing sector. But you have guided me with all your knowledge, connected me with so many wonderful practitioners and ALWAYS pushed and believed in this vision. You are a legend Saunders - Holistic Healing 🩷💜 and I am so glad the universe brought us together 💫

“Who the F*** to a write a letter of complaint to...” 🤣

All SPARKLE attendees were encourage to ask our Q&A panel (dietician, osteopath & pelvic floor and meditation & mindset coach) any questions women's health and wellbeing related. And this one stood out as it simply resonated so much with me. It's actually what I have been thinking.

I was reading them and it made me almost teary as it showed that so many of us women feel the same, but are lost. 😔

That's why I am so excited for this info panel followed with a Q & A session as it may not only give us the chance to talk about so many of our questions & worries but it hopefully will lift us all up for one big 'women supporting women in peri and meno pause and women's health movement'.

The info panel and Q&A will start at 12pm in the marquee.

I am a Mum of 2 from Warragul and qualified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST). I am passionate about supporting women in their physical, emotional and spiritual health and walking alongside them on their journey.

BCST is a gentle hands-on therapy that promotes rest, relaxation and a movement towards health. BCST works with the bodies innate wisdom and ability to heal itself given the correct support, touch and space.

💜 Comfortable clothing for all day weather
🩷Easy slip on/off shoes
> we encourage shoe free (where possible)
🤍 A zip jumper for the cooler evening.
💜 Water bottle – water refill stations available.
🩷 Your yoga mat (we have a few spares)
> and if you wish a small pillow, shawl or blanket.

Janelle brings over 20 years of Yoga practice and a deep connection to traditional teachings, drawing from Hatha, Ashtanga, and Kundalini lineages. Her approach is heartfelt and grounded — weaving wisdom, mindfulness, and compassion into every class.

Beyond the mat, Janelle is a Wellbeing Educator at a local primary school, where she shares the power of presence and mindfulness with young minds. With a Master of Teaching from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Comparative Religions, her work beautifully blends movement, education, and spiritual understanding.

At 6pm we will gather at the Homestead lawns for a beautiful evening Yoga Session.
