Kids & Teens in the Valley are running a FREE 6-week After School Boxing Program this term, and I’m proud to be supporting and helping facilitate it through Healthzone Fitness.

🥊 Starts Thursday 5th March
⏰ 3–4pm
📍 New Norfolk High School Gym
(Open to students from other schools)

For high school students aged 13+ — no experience needed. Sessions will focus on technique, fitness, strength and building confidence in a supportive environment.
