What a beautiful day this was 🥰 I’m so proud of us for selling out our 4th retreat 🙌✨🔥
It’s taken me a week to fully integrate the energy of the day - holding space for 9 beautiful souls was such a deep, heart-opening experience.

Every shared tear, every laugh, every quiet moment… it was medicine for the collective heart.
Sacred space. Brave hearts. Honest conversations.
This is what happens when we choose connection over protection. This is what courage looks like.

This amazing client is embracing positive life changes, including cutting down on substances like alcohol and ci******es. The first photo highlights the build-up of chemical stress in the body before the session, while the second shows a noticeable shift—less tension and congestion, particularly in the neck area.

During the session, there were significant mucus releases, a clear indication of the body letting go of stored chemical stress. This is a powerful reminder of the body’s innate ability to heal and detoxify when supported. Releasing these chemicals not only reduces stress but also helps the body function at its best, paving the way for a healthier, more balanced state.
