Necrosis behind the ears after facelift surgery. 1st 90 min hydroxy airpod plus 30 min infrared sauna pod session today… my client was told months to heal, let’s see how much we can shorten that by with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Got 4 spots ready to shift some hives.. sawed off a few branches.. nicked my finger.. took photos of a couple of big kangaroos with the camera… might post some up later. Am hopefully going to be able to have some raw local honey available soon.

Time to slow down this year… determined to spend time in one of my chambers while I have a client in the other. Pain and inflammation have had a big impact on my quality of life so this year will be focused on finding remedies that will help to minimise my pain and inflammation and utilising all the equipment I have to improve my overall health and get back on track with my pain management. Chronic pain is not fun and anyone who lives with it also knows how stubborn we can be when we just want to get things done and we ignore the pain only to end up far worse off. Doctors always say to find that ‘middle ground’ but generally, we’re usually at one one extreme of flat out… or just out. Out of energy, out of focus, out of everything… for now, I’m just focusing on breathing… but n my soft shell hyperbaric chamber that delivers up to 97% oxygen in a pressurised environment. Starting 2034 with some healing time! #2024
