Winnie had another little visit today, after 10 mins of being overly excited to see the 11year old client she settled. She was loving getting belly scratches and watching us have chats.

Mindfulness comes in all shapes and sizes, for me it’s been untangling and winding wool into pretty balls of wool, ready for Pom Poms. And laminating some more resources. So therapeutic😀
