Life's too short to hold yourself back because you don't fit a specific mould of "what should be".

Embrace yourself as you are and do what makes you feel happy. That could include eating the food you enjoy, wearing the clothes you feel good in, doing the physical movement you love.

People are more often than not in their own minds too, so just do you.

The way kids learn and tackle challenges is constantly inspiring me to take similar approaches. They're masters of learning new skills and habits, and are incredibly resistant in bouncing back from set backs.

Be kind to the new habits! They take time to work well automatically. The more complex a behaviour is that we're trying to implement and/or the longer we've had the old habits, the more time we might need to put a new habit in place.
Small steps though, a d it'll get there.

Body shape doesn't define health.
A person could be in a smaller body but be deficient in nutrients.
A person could be in a larger body and have an eating disorder.
A person could be in a smaller body but be tired all the time.
A person could be in a larger body and run 10km every day.

Body shape is only the tip of the ice berg that we can see. There are so many other factors beneath the surface that affect health that we can't see straight away.

Look beyond the body shape because it doesn't tell us much at all about the overall picture of health.

Here is a "How-to" for preserving olives.

Additional notes: when you open the jars after 6+ weeks, remember:
- white fuzzy mould is NOT ok. Throw the olives in that jar out.
- waxy white film is ok. This is a natural part of the fermentation process. The olives are ok to eat.
