We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a fantastic team.
As the Marketing Manager this digital marketing agency, not only will you have ownership of the client’s marketing strategy, but you will also be responsible for lead generation and customer/prospect engagement for the company.
Reporting and working alongside the CEO, Sales and Delivery Team, you will assist in driving marketing strategy that translates into deeper customer relationships and new customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
As a lead in Marketing Growth Strategy you will be instrumental in developing holistic, end-to-end marketing and revenue growth strategies. You also be in the position to inspire clients and internal team members towards a strategic vision.
• Regularly benchmark clients for best practices, KPIs, and planning purposes. Translate client business challenges into clear goals and objectives
• Conduct thorough industry market-based research and analysis to help us better serve our clients
• Translate strategic discoveries, research, and workshop outcomes into external facing narratives, strategy briefs, and roadmaps for our clients and delivery teams
• Articulate content and campaign strategies that drive MQLs, SALs, SQLs and opportunities
• Creation and ex*****on of the marketing strategy and campaigns to target both new and existing clients for the agency and its related brands
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through digital and other channels including partner, sales, campaigns, communications, and organizational processes.
• Start with a data mindset to ensure we can demonstrate return on investment for all marketing efforts
• Meet with clients and internal team to analyse and influence end-to-end integrated strategy from positioning and brand to campaigns and content
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop integrated plans addressing ABM, lead and demand generation campaigns, messaging and positioning frameworks, buyer personas, and buyer journey maps
• Any additional tasks and project assigned to you by the CEO or management team
Essential:
• 4+ Years’ experience marketing experience
• 2+ Years’ experience in a marketing manager role or equivalent
• Understanding of multi-channel marketing, including email, paid media, paid search, SEM and social
• Passion for staying up to date with the latest and greatest of marketing
• Experience with digital marketing systems and analytical tools including Google Analytics, SEM Rush, HotJar, (or equivalents) and any aggregation tools to develop KPIs, metrics, and quantified performance measurements and identify optimisation opportunities desired
• People management skills including, influencing, negotiation, change management and decision-making skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop and manage complex relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Eye for detail and accuracy whilst maintaining a creative edge
• Organised, structured and able to meet deadlines
• The ability to anticipate and resolve problems
• Client focused with the ability to manage expectations of clients
• Ability to operate with a high level of energy, commitment, and enthusiasm to take on a complex, challenging role in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation
