Saturday Sweat this week is inspired by the EPIC fitness race that is coming up, that is, HYROX.
You will be in pairs, so bring your bestie and tag them.
Reps are shared between you and your partner and can be broken up however you deem necessary.
Have some fun with it and push each other along. Or treat it as a teaser if you're preparing for the event.

Preview of the workout:
1000m run (together)
1000m ski/row (shared)
50 burpee broad jumps (shared)
100 alternating forward stepping lunges (shared)
50 HR pushups (shared)
1000m run (together)
100 wall balls (shared)

Remember, this is a FREE session for community, so get your bestie/workout buddy, no matter where they train and bring them along to experience our amazing community.

Our latest 52 week legends.

Amanda started with having to scale everything back completely and solely work on technique. Fast forward 52 weeks and the strength and fitness she has established is amazing. She also helps new members with their technique and makes everyone feel welcome.

Freya started with us in the park doing bootcamps. She turned up so shy, new to fitness and wanted to be involved in a community. She has now created some life long friends and the progression she has made with strength, mobility and toning her body is inspiring.

Well done ladies 🙌🏽
