Our hearts are full after taking part in Melanoma March this weekend.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported the cause, and helped raise awareness for melanoma and skin cancer. Seeing the community come together like this is incredibly powerful.

Here at Elixir Skin Cancer Clinic, this cause is very close to our hearts. Every day we’re reminded just how important early detection is. A simple skin check can make all the difference.

Your skin clinic getting ready for Melanoma March this Sunday… and realising none of us should quit our day jobs for dancing. 💃 The best part was getting Dr Ricky to shake his hips 🙈

Our dancing might be ridiculous, but the cause definitely isn’t. Skin cancer affects so many of our patients and people in our community, which is why supporting this event means so much to us here at Elixir Skin Cancer Clinic.

On Sunday 8 March, our local community is coming together at Nobby’s Beach for Melanoma March Newcastle, an annual event supporting Melanoma Institute Australia, the world’s leading melanoma research institute.

Melanoma March brings together patients, families, clinicians and the wider community to:
• raise awareness about melanoma
• fund life-saving research
• support the mission of zero deaths from melanoma this decade
