I've been a little quiet here on my page whilst navigating the internal solitude that is the season winter but I wanted to share this with you all.

Yesterday I purchased lunch in which I paid cash for. The total was $13.85, a $10 dollar note and $3.85 in coin. I rarely have cash on me.

The cashier politely apologised for her perceived slowness in needing to take additional time to count the coins.

It perplexed me that in a society that is all about convenience & constantly at a full throttle pace we feel we need to apologise for a slower more mindful present one.

Give me a regulated nervousness system over disregulated chaos any day I say 🩷🤍🩷

This card is a reminder that you are an illumined soul carrying so much wisdom.

Nothing is outside of you, it is all within.

You possess your own innate knowing and magic unlike anothers, however ~we all belong to oneness.
Treat everyone with love and kindness.
When we see all things with our wise inner truth rather than the illusion our lives begin to be lived differently, purposefully and wholly.

🌿Permission to 'Do Less'

For years, I believed that rest had to be earned. Some days, that belief still comes to greet me like a faithful but unwanted friend.
An never-ending to-do list, the weight of single parenting, and the constant motion masked the need to pause.
Over past years, it's accumulated a body full of tension, chronic fatigue, and painful TMJ.
These days my mind knows the truth though my body can get stuck in the loop.

As my children grow, I've learned that doing less isn't failure; it's self-preservation. It's okay to rest. It's okay to say no. In fact, it's necessary.

'I've done enough for today.'
