I had an experience a few years ago whilst walking the Grand Canyon Trail in the beautiful Blue Mountains.
A sound began to repeat over and over . An earthy grounded beat. A rhythm began to form, words that seemed eligible vibrating within my whole body.
I began to hum.
Over and over.
I hummed and hummed, absorbing the frequency, feeling it ripple through every cell of my body.

The deeper we went, the more I felt held within the depths of the rock canyons around me.
Supported, encouraged, and welcomed with pure love.
Mother Nature wrapped her boundless arms around me, telling me ' all is welcome here'
All parts of you are welcome here .

I've spent time integrating this medicine song into my physical body and being, it returns me home when I unconsciously move away from my own wisdom. It holds me in the depths of its loving medicine.

I share it with you today.

When the world feels like it's gone mad and the feeling of being pulled into the peace disturbing madness lingers a little too long, I invite you to do the following.

Recall a loving, comforting memory in your mind.
It may be the feeling of the soft, downy hair of your newborn against your cheek.
Your beloved pets mischievous antics that brought you so much love and joy.
A friend that is dear to you.

Whatever the source, take the memory now and bring it into your heart space.

Expand into that feeling.

It may present as a colour, a sound, or a physical warmth.
Feel it expanding with each breath, moving through and outside of your physical body.
Hold that vibration.

Let it ripple outwards, into your home, and into your community.

The world needs more love.

I've been a little quiet here on my page whilst navigating the internal solitude that is the season winter but I wanted to share this with you all.

Yesterday I purchased lunch in which I paid cash for. The total was $13.85, a $10 dollar note and $3.85 in coin. I rarely have cash on me.

The cashier politely apologised for her perceived slowness in needing to take additional time to count the coins.

It perplexed me that in a society that is all about convenience & constantly at a full throttle pace we feel we need to apologise for a slower more mindful present one.

Give me a regulated nervousness system over disregulated chaos any day I say 🩷🤍🩷

Nothing is outside of you, it is all within.

You possess your own innate knowing and magic unlike anothers, however ~we all belong to oneness.
Treat everyone with love and kindness.
When we see all things with our wise inner truth rather than the illusion our lives begin to be lived differently, purposefully and wholly.
