💪 Sam’s putting in the hard yards with his full-body workouts at Snap Fitness Cessnock, with a focus on legs this week! With his PT Blake guiding him through a structured weekly session, there’s no doubt he’s working hard — just check out those facial expressions 😅
Sam says he comes along to "stay fit, have a good old yarn with Blake, and laugh about the silly in life." Love your attitude, Sam!

Our incredible volunteer Nato went above and beyond for WeCare Connects "Christmas in July" event. For weeks, she went out of her comfort zone and bravely approached local businesses, securing fantastic donations for their raffles. We're beyond proud of her dedication and all the generous support that made it a truly great night for a great cause!
