Saturday Sessions are themed craft workshops for children aged 4yrs and up held at our Secret Garden location 737 Lovedale Rd, Lovedale 10-11.30am - book in to one or as many as you like!

Bring a hat, water and a snack and parents can grab a coffee and have a look at while their little ones create.

Halloween Craft Workshop Sunday 26 October 2025

Get creative this Halloween!
Kids will craft their very own Halloween shadow box, decorate pumpkin-themed pots, and make a woolly pumpkin to take home.

🌿 YOUTH ART | Term 4 Focus: Art in Nature 🎨
Our Youth Art program returns this term with a nature-inspired twist!

Young artists (7–16yrs) will explore the beauty of the natural world through creative projects including:
🍃 Watercolour botanicals
🍂 Leaf printing
🌸 Clay leaf bowls
🎁 Seasonal artworks perfect for the gift-giving season

Each week builds skills, confidence and a deeper connection with nature — all while having fun in our welcoming studio environment.

📍 Tuesdays & Fridays | 3.30–4.45pm / 4.45–6pm

$35 for a 75-minute class

Nature School @ Leaves & Fishes 🌿
Starting October 21, join us for 8 weeks of hands-on, nature-inspired learning in our Secret Garden at Lovedale.

Held Tuesdays & Fridays (9am–12pm), children will enjoy art, crafts, bushwalks, potion-making, forest play and more!

Perfect for homeschooling families with primary-aged children (5yrs+) — the focus will be on playful ways to connect with nature, spark creativity and explore the outdoors.

✨ Our Secret Garden is blooming at Leaves & Fishes Lovedale! 🌿✨
Join us for outdoor art play, creative workshops, nature school mornings, and magical celebrations.

In Term 4 we will be facilitating an Outdoor Art playgroup on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9.30-11am as well as a Nature School for homeschooling families 9am-12pm.

At our Open Day, we’ll also welcome who’ll be there 8am - 2pm and will have slices, cupcakes, cookies, sandwiches along with coffee, milkshakes, iced drinks and gelato.

In Term 4 our Nature Craft timeslot is changing to a ‘Making Tables’ class where students will be provided the opportunity to use recycled objects in order to create collage and recycled art.

In this term’s Collage and Recycled Art, children will explore creative ways to use recycled materials and natural mediums to produce imaginative works. The focus will be on collage, mark-making, and expressive projects that connect with the outdoors.

Students will learn to experiment, tell stories through art, and develop their unique style while creating sustainable art pieces.

Held on Thursdays, we have two classes, one for Homeschoolers at 12-1pm and one in the afternoon 4.30-5.30pm. Starting from the 23/10/25 (Week 2 of T4) now is the perfect opportunity to get enrolled as places are limited. We accept creative kids vouchers and we have a sibling discount for this class.
