Our yoga studio in Maitland is a dedicated Yoga studio and offers a range of yoga and meditation classes to suit all levels and ages. The style of yoga we teach is based on the seasons and draws from Japan and India. Our bodies are constantly changing throughout the year and so should our yoga practice. We use different postures for each season to help your body and organs achieve optimum health. Japanese yoga uses specific movements and stretches to target the bodies meridian health and optimize organ health. Indian yoga uses postures, breathing, meditation and relaxation to keep our bodies strong and flexible and our mind relaxed and calm. Our classes are great for beginners, returning yoga students and for those people feeling a little older and stiffer. We are passionate about yoga and provide a safe and beautiful yoga studio in Maitland.

The Magic of the Season begins within You….
As we step into the opening gateway of Eclipse Season, a portal of refinement, release, and renewal, we gather for Yin Yoga, Breath Work, and Sound Healing.

Through planetary gongs, crystal singing bowls, overtone chanting, didgeridoo, Native American flute, medicine drums, and ancient sound instruments, we enter a vibrational field where body, mind, and spirit are invited into harmony. The sonic vibrations of these instruments work on both the physical and energetic levels, clearing negativity, dissolving outgrown habits and unsupportive beliefs, and opening space for renewal, balance, and bliss.

Kundalini Breath with and gentle yin movement help the body open to the healing effects of sound, supporting your journey through therapeutic sequences delivered by a duo of highly experienced gong masters and sound specialists. Together we weave sound, movement, and devotion to initiate self-healing processes and illuminate the gifts and lessons of life.

This gathering is a call to tend the temple of body and mind, to weave devotion into the fabric of our days, and to allow new ideas and fresh energies to emerge.

We close the evening in community, sharing treats and a warm, nourishing drink, a sweet grounding to carry the medicine of sound with you and connection with you.
