At Link to Life, is a reminder that support should be there for everyone - children, older people, people with disabilities, refugees and anyone facing mental health challenges.💙

Stigma, discrimination, cost and language shouldn’t stand in the way. Together, we can break down those barriers and help everyone get the support they need.

Meet Lilli 👋 Co-founder of Link to Life alongside Jaymes, Lilli brings eight years of experience in the disability support industry. She started out in administration and rostering, where she quickly recognised the challenges participants faced with consistency and quality of support. That insight sparked her determination to be part of the solution.

Lilli’s focus is on creating stability, fostering trust, and ensuring individuals receive the care they deserve. Outside of work, she’s a proud mum of two and loves spending time with her young family.

October is ADHD Awareness Month, a time to recognise that every person’s experience with ADHD is different. 🧠 This year’s theme, The Many Faces of ADHD, reminds us to listen, learn and lift up neurodiverse voices.

At Link to Life, we believe in offering support that meets people where they are: helping with focus, daily routines, understanding strengths & challenges, not trying to force anyone into a one-size-fits-all mould.

If you or someone you care about lives with ADHD and needs support, please reach out. You’re not alone.

Introducing our Mythbuster Series where we are debunking myths and stereo types. First one is “Neurodivergence people are not organised”.

❌ Myth: ‘They’re just disorganised.’
✅ Truth: Many neurodivergent people experience time differently. What feels like 10 minutes to you might feel like an hour (or the other way around).

It’s not about laziness at all, it’s about how time is processed and experienced. That’s why things like deadlines and schedules can be more complex.

How can you help? Show compassion before judgement and be patient 💙

Today is R U OK? Day. A reminder to check in with the people around you. 💛 A simple conversation can make a big difference. Ask, listen, encourage action, and check in again.

At Link to Life, we believe support starts with connection. So today, and every day, we need to remember to look out for each other.

Meet our founder and head linker, Jaymes 👋

He is a husband, father of two, and the driving force behind Link to Life. After more than a decade in the industry, Jaymes recognised that the system needed change.

Diagnosed as neurodivergent later in life, he brings both personal insight and extensive experience in crisis and community work to the heart of what we do.

His mission is to create a service for neurodiverse and psychosocial participants that is built on individuality, empathy, and genuine connection.
