Our 5-week baby group is led by an accredited APA Paediatric Physiotherapist, offering simple, evidence-based guidance on tummy time, play, movement and early milestones – all easy to fit into everyday life.

💬 Includes access to a private mums Facebook group, expert Q&As with a paediatric dietitian and physio and flexible catch‑up sessions if you miss a class.

Swallowing is how we move food and drinks from our mouth to our stomach - and for some people, this isn’t easy or safe.
Dysphagia is difficulty swallowing. It can affect people of all ages and can make impact 🍽️ nutrition, 💧 hydration, health and quality of life.

👩‍⚕️ Speech Pathologists help people eat and drink safely by:
✅ Checking how swallowing works
✅ Suggesting safer ways to eat and drink
✅ Recommending the right food and drink textures

🎵We’re excited to share that we now have some availability for people to utilise our amazing Music Therapy sessions in the Upper Hunter, delivered by our highly qualified Registered Music Therapist.

Music Therapy is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that uses interactive musical experiences to support people. You don’t need any musical skills to take part- just a willingness to explore music in a supportive, goal-focused environment.

Our Music Therapist is trained at a masters level and registered through the Australian Music Therapy Association (AMTA). They use music to help people work toward goals such as:
✨ improving communication
✨ supporting emotional regulation
✨ strengthening cognitive and physical skills
✨ boosting mood and wellbeing
✨ enhancing social connection

Music Therapy can take place in clinics, schools, homes and community settings, making it a flexible option for families across the Upper Hunter. If you’ve been considering Music Therapy, now is the perfect time to connect with our team.
