Two years ago I stepped into the world of breathwork, completing my Level 1 training and beginning a journey that I didn’t fully realise would change my life in the ways it has.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve found my own rhythm with it—discovering the unique way I love to hold space, support others, and share just how powerful something as simple as the breath can be.

Recently, I completed my Masters in Breathwork, learning from one of the most knowledgeable leaders in this field. This experience has deepened my understanding on every level and expanded my ability to guide others into deeper states of release—especially when it comes to trauma, using both breath and movement as powerful tools for healing.

This work continues to evolve, and so do the spaces I create.

I now offer multiple types of sessions to suit where you’re at in your journey—whether you’re just starting out or ready to go deeper.
