Practice Manager

Eacham Medical Centre is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates who are looking for a career in management.

You will showcase the following skills:

- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Key duties will include:

- Effective, positive supervision and leadership of team members
- Managing all operational elements, including policies, procedures and compliance
- Coordinating recruitment of clinical and non-clinical staff
- Reviewing and monitoring systems, processes and procedures alongside recognising and implementing changes and improvements as necessary

• greater continuity of care with your registered pratice, helping to improve your health outcomes

• longer MBS-funded telephone calls with your usual GP

Speak to our friendly team for more information on MyMedicare. You can register from October 1st 2023 if you hold a Medicare or DVA card.

Dear patients, from the 1st of April there will be changes in our billing policy. Due to the increase in costs we will be charging all Aged Pensioners and patients under 16 a once yearly fee. All other patients will be charged a fee - reduced rates if you are a concession card holder. There will be an out of pocket expense for excisions, and ECGs will be $40 (excluding Aged Pensioners). Please call in and speak to one of our staff for further questions.
