As the end of the year is seemly coming in fast, I am reflecting on the year (nearly) past and how much I have had to adapt to the energies thrust upon me. This required me to have Simplicity, Stillness and let the energetic and cosmic upgrades co-exist with my 'day-to-day' life.
Earlier in the year I had the deepest pleasure to do some mentoring work with the amazing Alison Maiden Psychic Medium. This work opened wide a portal that I thought I was ready to open, but wow, the daily work it took to receive, stay grounded, and keep open to all that was now streaming through, was really tough. Tough, because life is not just sitting in a physical space of calmness, stillness, or meditation all day (how good would that be! lol!), I have 2 very little people in need of me, physically, emotionally and spiritually, so getting that balance right was bloody hard!!
It has felt like constantly walking through quick sand, not sinking, but walking, at hip height, pushing against the thickness, keeping me moving forward, but very slowly. It took me a little while to really feel into this message, which was to stop, and simplify my life. Slow down, there is no rush and focusing on only what was right in front of me. Focus on being a mother, a wife, working 1:1 with clients and receiving my own upgrades and messages from spirit as needed.
Once life feels simplified, the stillness can be easily adapted. Stillness of energy within myself even though life around me kept its speed. With stillness brought many a rollercoaster full of emotions, which were felt, heard, and moved through.
As I write this to you, I feel the end is near, the end of the old and the new shall blossom like the beautiful flowers of spring.
I am ready to receive the upgrades that were destined for my soul, the starseed that was destined to be here now, in this body, for this life, walking the journey with you, guiding you through your healing, awakening, and connection to the divine spirit.
