No one’s life is EASY, EVERYONE (and I mean everyone) has struggles, highs and lows, personal victories, trials and deeply painful experiences that shape who they are on a deep soul level.
I have personally lived through Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, A Cancer Journey, a health and wellness journey with an auto immune disorder - I have my whole life on and off struggled with disordered eating - Body Dysmorphia - Anxiety, Depression & PTSD and deep and profound heartbreak but in my personal very well informed (and extreme lived experience) opinion these are all simply labels for a normal and natural human brain response to extreme trauma.
I openly and unapologetically OWN my S**T (I am NOT a perfect person and I don’t expect perfection from others) and I encourage you to openly and unapologetically own yours also. I am not perfect but my flaws and quirks make me who I am while I learn and grow and try to do the best I can with what the universe has chosen to grow and move me thru so I can be and work through all the lessons that my soul craves, requires and desires in this lifetime.
I truely believe the work I have done on myself and the lessons I have learned along the road (with the help of so many gorgeous mentors who I value so much) can be helpful to others.

I am so incredibly grateful for the lessons learned and the experiences I have lived through because they truely forced me to move through and deeply feel my way through my emotions and find a way to live more consciously with more peace, happiness, joy and magic.

Life is hard enough - anxiety depression mental health issues - struggles and all will always be there for contrast and self development
- I want to build resilience and strength through finding more JOY and PEACE in everyday life - I will REBEL strongly against pessimism and limiting beliefs and I will always still truely believe in the true goodness and open heartedness of people and the possibility that something I do and SHARE could CHANGE someone’s mind and open a little SUNRAY of HOPE and RESILIENCE within them.
Let in the bloody LIGHT ☀️ people open the curtains, air out the room, breathe 🧘♀️ STAND UP and FIGHT BACK!
WE can do this TOGETHER!
I WILL BE RISING above ALL of the heartache and SHINING 🌟 my LIGHT 💡 out into the WORLD 🌎 without apology.
