My classes are uniquely non competitive & focused on each individual with small classes for that purpose. Each class begins with mudra, short meditation, pranayama followed by asana & finished with a deeeep relaxation. A casual class is $20 or 5 class pass for $75. The pass is designed to be used consecutively. Please note: missing a class, with a pass, forfeits payment for that class. Be prepared to transform your life & feel more joy & happiness�

Abundance yoga offers a traditional Hatha Vinyasa flow catering for beginners to intermediate in the one class. The session begins with breathing techniques - Pranayama, followed by the postures-Asana, and is beautifully finished off with yoga nidra relaxation. An hour and a quarter of your time for you aimed at stretching and toning your body whilst clearing the mind of thought. Yum

I provide all equipment and have mats as well as bolsters for purchase.
