What a lovely morning session in our clubhouse for new and existing residents. For February there was a little chill in the air and with some fog and rain added in, we started off with the fire going! Our nurse concierge Kate from Five Good Friends, our chosen care provider, did a wonderful job of explaining the changes to My Aged Care and the benefits of utilising Kate to help you navigate the care assistance available in your own home. A lovely morning tea was provided by Reside and Five Good Friends, and our Sales Manager Desley and Village Manager Tina were our gracious hosts.

2025 has been another great year for Reside Communities. We have welcomed many new residents into our villages, with the Reside team also growing at a rapid rate!

In 2026 we look forward to the completion of new stages at Fairway Carindale, Esperance Hope Island, and Maleny Grove, and we can’t wait to see our new residents joining the Reside community. We hope that everyone enjoys the holiday season, and here’s a big Cheers and Happy New Year from Reside Communities! 🥂 🎉

Well what a wonderful year we’ve had at Maleny Grove. We seen new faces and new beginnings with stage 1. What a way to finish the year with our Managers Tina and Desley doing some carolling and delivering of Christmas presents in the afternoon heat of 33 degrees! Lots of fun had by all! 🥰🌞🎉🔔🎄
