Happy Monday Folks!... If you don’t have peace with your body, you don’t have peace in your life. When you have total connection with your body, you have the awareness of the more that you are with that connection and with every molecule that exists.

What can you do today to connect with your body? Each day move your body! Connect with it, even if it's for 10 or 30 minutes, it'll be a huge contribution to your life.
