Hi after looking at the next few weeks leading up to the end of the school year and Christmas I’ve decided to cancel the Friday night Yin class until first term next year. I understand that this time of year is super busy and I even have things booked. So it will just be Wednesday night for the next 3 weeks. On the last Wednesday(10th) after class I invite you to stay for a drink and nibbles.
Thank you everyone who has supported me and our little bespoke Yoga studio during 2025.

Here to let you know that LIVESTREAM is available for the Wednesday and Friday night classes. $10 to join in. Ring or message me for bank details and I can send you the link.

I hope to reach out to those who are unable to make it in person to classes, for whatever reason, to help with their self-care and self-love journey.

Props you will need for the classes:
Yoga mat
2 tennis balls in a tube sock
Yoga block (can get from Kmart)
Pillows or bolsters

These classes are for all levels of fitness.

Yoga is for every body and everybody.
