Oof. It's been a big couple of weeks since the full moon emerged. Illuminating indeed.

I am back treating 1:1 sessions in Malmsbury this weekend. Got a couple of Sat arvo slots remaining and Sun sessions are open before Soothe at 5pm in Castlemaine.

It's a bit of a treat to drop in on day four of the long retreats at Heart of the Horse and meet participants.

Humans who have turned down the volume of the world and tuned inward are beautifully receptive to an integrative sound session.

Year of the Fire Horse (from mid-Feb). Get thee a dose of horse wisdom with Rachael and the herd. The five day retreats happen most long weekends.

HOLIDAY SOUNDS | If you need a little dose of cleansing and calm as you're winding down, I have a last minute 1:1 session at 11:30am in Malmsbury Sun 21st.

Groups continue as usual on Tuesday night - the 5:30 Buffer and 6:45 Lighter Hearted. Bendigo 23 Dec and Castlemaine 30 Dec.

A few 1:1 slots will open up between Xmas and NY. Check the bookings system in a few days once the schedule of other humans is sorted.

A lot of the folks who join us on a yoga sound healing retreat had their first nourishing nibble at a Sunday Soothe.

The building blocks of our kundalini flavoured sessions are yoga movement, breathwork, mantra chant and sound meditation. We weave nature connection into our longer programs.

Our curated sequences guide humans on a journey from movement to stillness, re-tuning and regulating your nervous system back to balance.

Soothe opens to the door. People get an inkling that they can safely shift their state of being and deepen connection with the practices and experiences that Bec Awaken Yoga Studio and I share. Playfully reverent.

Planets have their own frequency, in a cosmic pattern of symmetry and harmonics.

The harmony of the spheres is mirrored across the cosmos, right down to the proportions and patterns in our own bodies.

Craftspeople of metallic instruments like singing bowls and gongs align the properties of metals and harmonics of the planets. My big gong is tuned as an earth creation.

It was pretty cool to sit under the rotating earth yesterday sharing an attuned corporate sound session at Bendigo Planetarium.

A burnt out NFP advocacy team got to shift their perspective and states of being with deep rest and natural recalibration.
