After some time away for cancer treatment, I am thrilled to announce that I am cancer free and recovering well after my operation, the team at Bendigo Heath were amazing. My hair is even starting to grow back! I am so grateful to share that I’m gradually returning to practice over the next couple of weeks.
This chapter has reminded me of the strength of the human body, the importance of slowing down, and most importantly the power of community. I’ve missed seeing you all, and the everyday moments of helping people move, heal, and feel better in their own bodies.
Thank you to everyone who supported me – your messages, patience, and kindness meant more than you know.
I plan to open Malmsbury to appointments this week, Romsey starting the 18th of February and then Ballarat the first week in March.
I’m excited to reconnect, welcome new faces, and step up into this next chapter with gratitude and hope.

I want to share something personal with you all, as many of you are not just patients but people I’ve come to know and to care about over the years.
I have recently been diagnosed with Thymoma, rare tumour of the thymus gland. The news was unexpected as it was an incidental finding – I was complexly symptom free. The tumour is encapsulated and my prognosis is excellent. Its about the size of a grapefruit sitting between my heart and lungs.
I am working with the oncology and surgical team at Bendigo Health. We have decided to do 3 months of chemotherapy in an attempt to shrink the tumour to make the surgical removal of much safer. Once it’s removed, I will be back to 100%
At this time, I remain committed to my practice and plan to work when I am well enough. Please know that I appreciate your support, patience, and understanding more than I can express. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.
