TIP..
When searching for a snack here are my 3 non negotiables…

1) Portion is KEY! look at around 600kj something to keep hunger pain at bay but not eating a meal.
2) Find a fibre snack-keeps your gut happy and yummy full.
3)PROTEIN! As much as you can if and when you are selecting an option. protein makes us feel fuller for longer.

Be like Leo. If your body is not 100% maybe it’s ok to take a fitness rest. If your glands being slightly inflamed or feeling light healed…heavy eyes and dizziness, these are signs your body is in need of recovery and could be hiding something more.
This is what we mean by LISTENING to your body.

A light walk or a stretch may help.

PLease do not feel guilty if you do not attend to a scheduled workout.

Reset - rest and then continue on when your feel ok.
