Not always perfect, but always balanced 💅
As a naturopath, what my son eats really matters to me. I focus on plenty of healthy fats, protein, fibre + iron to support his growth and development 🤍
1. Pancakes – always! Banana + egg = perfection
2. Meatballs with brown rice pasta
3. Banana + blueberry muffins – refined sugar free, with collagen powder & Greek yoghurt for extra goodness
4. Slow-cooked lamb – he looooved this!
5. Bircher muesli
6. Savoury muffins – such a fun way to sneak in lots of greens (and they were delicious)
7. A quick, easy throw-together dinner for those busy nights
