Cynthia Masters, (BSc, BN, CCRN), aesthetic nurse and founder of Flaircare specialises in clinical skin care and strategies to assist in the prevention of premature facial ageing. Cynthia’s first experience with medical skincare began in the early 1990’s, Cynthia introduced devices to Australia that prevented development of pressure ulcers. The company then went on to becoming an inaugural member of The Wound Foundation of Australia. With a drive to treat patients directly, she then gained her qualification as a Division 1 Critical Care Nurse. Today, Cynthia has truly come full circle with her career as medical health professional. Whilst still maintaining her focus on skin health, she now specialises in non-surgical skin rejuvenation and appearance medicine.
