It's funny how differently each full moon can affect you...

Some make me an emotional wreck and others I breeze through barely aware that she's full 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Love my 'bubble' 🫶
It's got me through some of the toughest times of my life 🙏🙏🙏✨️

It's not a hard thing to create for yourself.
Just sit comfortably, close your eyes and envision yourself inside a bubble. For extra protection, I actually envision I'm standing inside a giant disco ball. The outward facing mirrors deflect any unwanted negative energies or entities away from you.
Place anything inside your bubble that uplifts you and makes you happy. This is your protection bubble! You create it however you want it. Sit with those thoughts of peace and happiness for about 10 mins, adding strength and intention of safety to the bubble. Once established, any time you feel unsafe or overwhelmed just think of your bubble and take some deep breaths. Every now and then sit for a few minutes and reinforce your bubble 🫧
