Let’s be real. It is 6 PM on a Tuesday. You’ve finished a long shift, the dog needs walking, and the "What’s for dinner?" panic is setting in.

Most nutrition plans fail because they only work when your life is perfect. But for a busy leader or a parent doing the daily juggle, life is rarely perfect.

The Mpower Shift: The Emergency Backup.

When you have 2/10 energy, the goal isn't a superfood salad. The goal is "Better Than Takeaway." Keep three zero-prep staples in your pantry at all times like tinned tuna, microwave rice, and frozen veg.
