Lace your shoes. Get out and go for a walk. Or a run. Set a goal. Mine this year? Run 6Inch. It’s a marathon thru the bush. I know I need to move more, fuel better and recover properly to get to the end. So that’s what I’m doing this year. Starting with the little things, run 3 times each week, eat more vegetables each day and do my evening wind down routine before bed. Simple. Effective.
