We are very proud to introduce Dr. Kirsty Schippers to our team.

Dr. Schippers graduated from the University of Liverpool and recently relocated to Mandurah with her husband and two dogs, having made the move to Western Australia in 2023, where she intends to establish her long-term residence.

Sharing our commitment to long-term patient care, Dr. Schippers was drawn to our practice due to its dedication to personalized medicine and focused patient attention. Her areas of enthusiasm include general practice, women's health, mental health, and weight management.

Dr. Schippers will be available for consultations starting the first week of February.

Our dear friend and colleague, Dr Bryan Rostin, passed away unexpectedly last Tuesday.

We want to give his friends and patients from Dynamic Doctors Group the opportunity to write about their experiences with him to be handed over to Lynn and his family as a tribute to his legacy.

The book is kept in reception should you want to add your thoughts and sympathies with the Rostin family.

The practice will be closed on Tuesday, 19 August, from 1pm to afford doctors and staff the opportunity to attend Bryan's funeral.

Flu Vaccinations
Our Government funded stock of flu immunisations for patients over 65, vulnerable patients under 65, and children has arrived!

What you need to know:
• This is the usual annual release aimed at protecting vulnerable patients who are deemed likely to suffer an adverse event should they develop seasonal flu.
• Vulnerable patients are defined as:
⁎ Adults and high school children with serious chronic diseases e.g. heart disease, asthma, diabetes, COPD, cancer, immune deficiency, chronic kidney disease, autoimmune disease (amongst others); as well as pregnant women, ATSI patients (all ages), and
⁎ ALL children from the age of 6 months up until the end of primary school.
• We will be supplying the service at no cost to you.
• Eligible children i.e. children aged 6 months up until the end of primary school, and children younger than 18 years who are considered vulnerable, will be immunised through an immunisation consultation in our treatment room during normal consulting hours (this does not include a doctors room consultation - if your child needs to see their doctor for a consultation as well you will need to inform reception when you make the appointment).

Please be mindful that we are not running at full capacity as many of our doctors and staff are away.
We will primarily be dealing with acute illness and request that administrative issues are addressed at a later date.
Our consultations will be according to need and we may close earlier on quieter days.
The rooms will be closed on
Christmas Day (Wednesday 25/12/24), Boxing Day Holiday Thursday (26/12/24) and New Year’s Day Holiday (01/01/25)
