There is something so incredibly beautiful about dancing, and moving your body freely on the sand, watching the sunset and being present in the moment and in your body.

The term "ecstatic dance" can be really off putting to some. It gives the idea of professionalism, or at least competence in dance - which couldn't be further from the truth.

Ecstatic dance is about moving your body mindfully, in a way that feels incredible for you. Sometimes that is swaying, stomping your feet, skipping around, or simply sitting and appreciating the music.

It is one of the most perfect ways to move stuck energy, and come back to joy and pleasure.
