Cozy up with us this autumn/winter! Our new timetable is here, and we're excited to announce that Flow and Restore is back on the schedule and Prenatal Yoga moved to Thursday.

New class time for evening classes - starting at 6:15pm

As the weather gets colder, there's no better way to warm up than by moving your body in our cozy, warm studio! Led by Steven from Family First Aid, who brings 29 years of experience as a paediatric paramedic, this course is designed for families and professionals alike.

Steve's passion for teaching is evident as he provides you with the essential information and hands-on tools needed to handle emergency situations confidently. While babies are welcome, please note that the session is information-packed, so arranging childcare is encouraged if possible.

Baby & Me Yoga:
More than just a yoga class, our Baby & Me Yoga offers a safe place to bond with your baby and connect with other local mums. Learn baby massage and interactive games to support your baby's development. This postpartum-focused practice, based on the ancient wisdom and modern science of yoga, supports your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during this magical—and sometimes challenging—transformation into motherhood. Enjoy gentle stretching and strengthening of the whole body, with a focus on toning the pelvic floor. Make lifelong friendships and share the highs and lows of motherhood as you watch your babies grow and thrive together.

Postnatal Core and Pelvic Floor Rehab:
Tailored for mums in their first year postpartum, this class focuses on toning and strengthening the deep core and pelvic floor muscles. After Class:

What to Bring:

After four beautiful years, we will be leaving the beautiful Mandurah Foreshore on December 15 to take a break for Christmas, spending time with family and preparing our beautiful new space.

This workshop has been especially designed for Teens to learn how to:
• Regulate our emotions.
• Tune into our intuition within.
• Let go of perfectionistic standards.
• Manage stress & anxiety.

Gentle yoga, meditation, guided visualisation, group discussion & reflective journalling.
