Baby & Me Yoga:
More than just a yoga class, our Baby & Me Yoga offers a safe place to bond with your baby and connect with other local mums. Learn baby massage and interactive games to support your baby's development. This postpartum-focused practice, based on the ancient wisdom and modern science of yoga, supports your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during this magical—and sometimes challenging—transformation into motherhood. Enjoy gentle stretching and strengthening of the whole body, with a focus on toning the pelvic floor. Make lifelong friendships and share the highs and lows of motherhood as you watch your babies grow and thrive together.
Postnatal Core and Pelvic Floor Rehab:
Tailored for mums in their first year postpartum, this class focuses on toning and strengthening the deep core and pelvic floor muscles. Reconnect with your body and enhance your recovery journey in a supportive environment. Plus, your little ones are welcome to join you, making it a convenient and inclusive experience.
After Class:
Join us for a social get-together at Seven Trees Cafe to share the highs and lows of new motherhood. It's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other mums and build a supportive community.
What to Expect:
Feel free to feed your baby, change nappies, or walk around during the class. If your baby is crying, that is absolutely fine—tears, burps, and farts are welcome here!
What to Bring:
Your usual baby essentials and a small blanket for your baby. Wear anything that makes you comfortable. You don't need to bring a yoga mat, as we provide everything you need for the class.
