Don't get fooled by fraud and fake on-line courses that claim to be able to teach you Qi-Gong, Real Qi-Gong is imposable to be learned on-line or by just watching videos of different movement methods. This includes videos on You-Tube. Real Qi-Gong is about the proper personal internal training of increasing the amount of bio-electricity flowing in your body's Meridians and Nervous system. It is not just about the "voltage" which equals the amount of "push" in your body's Meridians and Nerves but about the amount of "Amps" Strength of Qi running in your Meridians and Nervous System. If learned in-correctly damage to Meridians and Nerves is easily caused.. In Traditional Chinese Medicine there are three names given to these types of problems.. They are named: as having a "Qi Deviation" or having a "Qi Restriction" or having a "Qi Blockage". These events can and do happen while learning Qi-Gong so the professional Qi-Gong Teacher and Trainer needs to be able to work on these problems with you in person if and when they arise in the student. There is no professional supervising medical body or Authority on Qi-Gong or professional Qi-Gong Association in Australia. the closest Professional Association on Qi-Gong is in America. www.nqa.org Blessings. Types of Medical Qi-Gong that we teach or hold workshops for

1. Still Qigong: This form involves sitting in a specific posture and focusing on breathing and internal body visualization to cultivate and balance Qi.
2. Moving Qigong: This form involves a series of slow, flowing movements designed to stimulate the flow of Qi throughout the body.
3. Sound Healing Qigong: This form involves using specific voice vibration sounds, and chanting mantras to clear blockages and balances the flow of Qi in the body.
4. Medical Qigong Therapy: This form involves a practitioner using their own Qi to help balance and heal the patient’s Qi. This may include techniques such as hands-on healing, visualization, and guidance on self-cultivation practices.
5. Self-Cultivation Qigong: This form is a form of qigong practice that is performed by individuals on their own, in order to maintain and improve their health.
6. Emotional & Psychological Qigong: This form is designed to help balance and transform negative emotions and thoughts, promoting a sense of inner peace and well-being.

It’s important to note that each form of Medical Qigong may have variations and different teachers may have different emphasis and approach's in teaching it.
