When preparing Chicken try to avoid the use of extra fats and oils, instead try to add flavor with spices and sauces.

Chicken should also be avoided by those with Cholesterol issues.

For those looking to lose weight, Be wary of Nut Spreads. They're extremely Calorie Dense and could be partially responsible for the
unwanted KGs you're looking to get rid of.

If still want to have some, try to have small amounts and/or only have some a couple of times a week.

If you're finding that it's still difficult to manage how much of the nut spread you eat, it may be worth considering whether you should take them of your diet out completely.

(Note: there is some nutritional value there, but other options may be preferable if you're trying to lose weight)

Hello, Just A quick Introduction post about what a nutrition coach does, I'll also be doing a couple of posts a week about healthy eating and nutrition.

Introduction:
As a Nutrition Coach my goal is to assist you in achieving your nutrition goals and improve your overall health via adjusting the foods/drinks you consume.

Some Common Goals are:
- Losing Weight
- Gaining Muscle Mass
- Decreasing Intake of Unhealthy Foods (there-for increasing intake of healthy foods).

My Job is to help you work towards goals such as the 3 mentioned, and assist you in being healthier while working with your specific
lifestyle (e.g. factoring in Health Conditions, Allergies, Veganism, Physical and/or Mental Disabilities, etc.)

A standard Coaching Session is 1-on-1, 1 hour in length, done Weekly or Fortnightly.
