Belong Health is seeking an experienced vibrant Receptionist/Admin Assistant to be the welcoming face of our Allied Health Clinic.

About the Role:
You'll be supporting our allied health team by managing reception duties, assisting with admin tasks, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.

What the role includes:
✔️ Greet clients and manage appointments
✔️ Front-desk reception and phone/email enquiries
✔️ Process payments
✔️ Supporting clinicians and the wider admin team as required
✔️ Data entry and document management (Excel & Word)
✔️ Maintain a tidy, welcoming front-of-house environment
✔️ Assist with general admin tasks as needed

Hours:
✔ Friday’s and Saturdays 9:00am–5:00pm (Mandatory)
✔ Weekdays: either 3 hours per day or 1 additional day per week

What we’re looking for:
✅ At least 2 years’ experience in an admin or receptionist role
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Confidence liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
✅ Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
✅ Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
✅ Highly organised with strong attention to detail
✅ Confident with computers and admin systems
✅ Working With Children Check and Police Clearance required
