Between a busy (and exciting!) start to the year in the clinic, one daughter starting kindy, and another in full-blown sleep regression (send coffee!)—something had to give. And that something? Posting on social media.

And you know what? That’s okay.
As mums, we do this all the time. We drop the ball on something to keep everything else moving. But too often, the thing we put down is something important for us—like that overdue Pap smear, mammogram, dentist check-up… or the physio appointment you’ve been meaning to book.

So consider this your reminder: Pick that ball back up. Book the thing you’ve been putting off. And if that thing happens to be a physio appointment, I’d love to help. 💛

The Family Practice continues to care for all your family and health care needs.

We provide antenatal classes, Bringing Baby Home workshops and breastfeeding classes.
