Please be advised that our clinic will be closed from 25 December, through until 5th January. During this time our doctors will continue to monitor all results remotely, and any urgent results will be managed accordingly.
If you are pregnant and currently under our care, please be reassured that our GPO’s are on call at PHC, and staff on Bennett Ward 95318230 will be available to assist and provide guidance as needed.

Peri/Menopause Clinic

Menopause is defined as the last menstrual period, and is diagnosed 12 months from this date, with the average age of menopause being 51yrs in Australia. However symptoms of peri-menopause can begin up to 10 years before this, as ovarian hormone levels begin to decline. This triggers an array of physical, psychological, and cognitive changes, that change the way women feel and look.
Many women suffer through these symptoms, not realising there are many hormonal, non-hormonal, and lifestyle measures that can help women feel like themselves again!
Our team at Nest Medical will work with you to tailor a specific treatment plan suited to you, with a holistic team approach including doctors, physiotherapist, exercise physiologist, and dietitian where needed.
