This was to powerful not too share with you all, as I know it reaches those that it needs too 🙌

When we react or snap back at something without rational thought or poise often something we can say can be front as "ANGER" but as she clarifies in the video it's essentially an the umbrella and the real crap is underneath, the SADNESS, the PAIN, the REJECTION, being MISUNDERSTOOD, feeling UNWORTHY... I heard this same analogy from my sons councillor and it makes so much sense! So many of these emotions mask behind ANGER.

Working with the Inherited Release Method and releasing trapped Emotions and Beliefs I see this alot. Anger can just be the first thing that comes up, after many others show themselves, often can be for one scenario or situation that we experienced in our life.

So often we label ourselves or others as being ANGRY, but there's so much more to it then that. There's layers, layers of different emotions and how they chose to SHOW themselves physically or emotionally.

The more you look into why something is making you feel Angry, what is the emotion BEHIND the angry? Is it HURT? Is it REJECTION? By you just sitting with yourself and literally pulling yourself apart, layer by layer, your starting SELF HEALING. This is the first step to clearing it...

Often in our humany life we have things that can take a hold of us. Whether it's situations or events that have occurred, they hold a dense energy and even tend to shade our world in that grey tone... we can't seem to shake this feeling or past event and that lower vibrational energy WILL taint everything else around you - remember we attract LIKE for LIKE! Thats how energy works 💫

So we want to try and clear ourselves of any old negative energy or residue as often as we need to.

I often do salt showers with lavender, burn a clearing smudge of my choice, practice Forgiveness meditation and send love to those that I may be in an uncomfortable situation with. Aim of the game is to transmute any lower vibrational energies, chords or attachments with LOVE.

This is a brilliant way to connect to your Higher Self ✨️

What is your higher self? It is said to be the most purest form of your soul which has all the information about EVERYTHING, every life, I mean EVERYTHING. It's often referred to as Inner Guidence (actially sits above the physical body in the star chakra). It leads with LOVE, you will never recieve any thing from your higher self that is not of the highest light, if you do then it's NOT your higher self.

You can call on your Higher Self to assist you during your day, simply say "I evoke the guidance of my Higher Self today in all forms of communication, to ensure my words are always laced with love and compassion".

EVERYONE has a higher Soul, this is not a super power or a spiritual "gift", EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US can connect and recieve guidence.

Such a gorgeous message from Salt and Soul Reiki 💜 The signs can be subtle, the synchronicities... the subtle clues. Is there something that's been showing up for you reoccurringly? There may be a message trying to reach you... breathe into it, and ask your higher self what is the message from ........ and see what shows up either in your mind or physically, sometimes our answers have a wee lag to reach us.
