Card of the Day ~ 4 of Swords
Hey Fam! 4 of Swords flicked her way out today so let's unpack that together.
This card speaks of a time to relax, rest, meditate, do some gentle breath work. Finding some solitude to gather those thoughts in a healthy way.... doesn't have to be woo woo if youre not into that stuff. Can be reading a self developement book, Joe Dispenza is unreal and I find most people can read his books. Can even be gardening, just something you enjoy that is healthy for your well being and can help find that stillness and centred-ness (not sure if thats a wordbut were going with it lol) Start off with a gentle walk or some swimming or something, exercise is not only Great for our body but it does wonders for our Energetic Health as well. Be gentle with yourself. If you find that certain thoughts are looping in your mind, write them down ~

What is the action to change that~
You see what I am doing? It's grabbing your monkey mind by the reins and pulling it in.
If that doesn't help, write it down what you want to release
"I am ready to release all feelings and unhealthy attachments for *insert your attachment here* (person/place or thing)"
"I am ready to release all feelings of low self-esteem and self worth"
"I am releasing any unhealthy bonds or attachments that are not for my highest purpose"
Then burn it, release it, rip it up, bury it, RELEASE IT.
