Still integrating a truly fabulous weekend of feminine bonding , yoga , healing , singing in a group ( way out of my comfort zone ) but thoroughly stepped up to my discomfort and smashed it !! Dancing ,swimming in a natural dam and even belly dancing !. Remembering who I was .... not a mother , not a partner , not a sister , but just louise 💕.
